created WCS Voice Performance Workshops as demand grew in Calgary for information
and performance expertise in our business.
As the market has grown, the workshops have kept pace. Dan now flies in from Los Angeles to teach the Advanced and Demo workshops, and Paul, and another local voice performer (also singer/musician) Jonathan Love handle the Weekend Voice Over Introduction, Intensive Training for Microphone Performance sessions and Business & Marketing Workshops.

Introductory
The Weekend Introduction is exactly that, an overview of the business and a chance to play on mic to see if it is what you thought it would be. We even record you so you can take it home and make your own "oh my GAWD, do I really sound like that?!" judgements.
Intensive
The Intensive workshop is a high flying overview of our business.
There are 3 and a half hour sessions, 2 nights a week, for 3 weeks. We work through commercials, narration, animation, skim through business, a recording session, and play, play, play on mic.
This session is designed for the intermediate performer who's already taken an Intro workshop or who has equivalent experience (i.e. workshops in another city or some actual working voice performance experience)*. This performer would like a more in-depth look at the industry and more opportunities to hone microphone skills in a workshop setting.
